CLAAS showcases innovation at Ag on the Mall.
CLAAS recently made a notable appearance at the Ag on the Mall celebrations, held on the National Mall in Washington DC, right outside the US Department of Agriculture. From May 6-8, more than 50 manufacturers and agricultural organizations came together to celebrate modern agriculture, highlighting the contributions of America’s farming community, equipment manufacturers, and agricultural innovators. The event was hosted by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM).
The Ag on the Mall event provided a platform for CLAAS to engage with a diverse audience, including members of the public, policymakers, and industry leaders. During the three-day event, CLAAS advocated for policies that support agricultural innovation and sustainability, driving positive change within the industry. CLAAS hosted important representatives including Robert Bonnie, Undersecretary for Agricultural Production and Conservation at the US Department of Agriculture and Pete Ricketts, Senator for Nebraska and longtime supporter of CLAAS.
As part of the activities, CLAAS took part in a panel discussion on the event's main stage on the topic of interoperability in agricultural technology and the potential that artificial intelligence offers in data collection and utilization.
